    Pros-Great support from the brand
    -GREAT experience that can translate well into any career
    -So much opportunity for growth

    Cons-Hotels are franchised so experiences may differ by owner/management company
    -Unless you are upper management, pay can be low initially depending on the market, but if you hang in there and work hard that will change
    -Hours are unpredictable and include weekends/holidays
