    Pros

    Discounted hotel rooms. This was really the only pro that I experienced. Flexibility to some extent with scheduling but not always. This is the only good thing.

    Cons

    I experienced Horrible management, no teamwork, there was always a battle between all the different departments. Management talked about upper management. Managers not being private when confronting employees. No positive feedback.

    I really can't think of anything good to say, except that I got along with the GM very well!

    Poor mgmt, no consistency, lack of breaks.

    Pros

    A paycheck and free breakfast if you're working breakfast service that day.

    Cons

    Rude coworkers, no training, Mgt. worked 9-5 and left 21 y.o. kids to run the place. I was hired for front desk but it was a ruse to get warm bodies in to work the free breakfast.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hotels are fearful of the dreaded "yearly inspection.". Once they pass, it's slacker city.
