    Pros

    I am a housekeeper for hampton and I love it. It's not a job for everyone. It os hard work: fast -paced and physically strenuous. But for the right people, it is a fulfilling job and I go home every day feeling like I've accomplished something.

    Cons

    The only thing I don't like is that we're timed on each room, which is not a bad thing in and of itself, but if we finish early, we lose hours.

    Being apart of a top, internationally recognized hotel group, employee discounts, incentive programs and the ability to transfers just about anywhere.

    Cons

    Living up to the 100% guarantee even she you know the guest is being dishonest. Also a pro because it motivates to strive for nothing less than the best!

    -Gets non-morning people and magically turns them into am people.

    -when in summer time time flys
    -super easy food prep
    -get to meet new people
    -super cool coworkers..mostly

    Cons

    -Have at least two people clean up if you want speedy and thorough cleanup process
    -Management needs work
    - worked in a facility with fireplace .. Summertime doesn't need heat .... Please keep it off !!!!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Have two people working cleanup after on the house breakfast ! Especially if you want a pristine job done ! It helps productivity and also revenue!!!

    Pros

    Easy job with lots of down time if you work graveyard.

    Cons

    The schedule are not very flexible, most people are on set schedules which is fine if that's what you are looking for but don't expect much approved time off without getting some criticism since no one wants to work beyond their set schedule.

    Make staff more aware that they need to somewhat be flexible with their coworkers.
