Pros
world wide travel and challenging work enviroment. Tavel is great however it may be challanging because the company is limited on their traininng resources and do not have any clea programs in place for same. Ususally it is jumping into the fire feet first for most new employs and should the enginner then have problems its callls and followup to the home office which if your lucky you might get a reqponce in time
Cons
unclear compensation plans for excessive work.
Advice to Senior Management
develope proper structure for job and compensation expectations
