Pros

I thought it would be fun. I was wrong. Some co-workers are very nice, I enjoy the customers. I enjoy being able to help people with their projects.

Cons

Training was virtually non existent, then I was treated very badly when something was not done right. When asking questions on how to do something, I was ridiculed. This is not rocket science. Managers here are spiteful for reasons unknown, but I have begun avoiding them whenever possible. I am keeping this job only until I find something, ANYTHING else. I look forward to quitting every day I am there.

Advice to Senior Management

I have worked many places and have never been treated so badly in all my life. GET A CLUE. Train your employees, and try giving some positive feedback once in a while.
