    Lots of Change

Security Officer (Former Employee) Minnetonka, MN

ProsGood pay compared to the same position with other companies. Full time positions available for all 3 shifts to fit any lifestyle.

ConsOne of my biggest cons was how often I was moved around from account to account. When my first full time account decided to go with another security company I wasn't placed with another account full time for more than 6 months. I ended up being .5 hours a week under full time so I didn't receive benefits, but still had to work 5 days.

    Well organized security company

Security Officer (Current Employee) Minneapolis, MN

ProsThey have a good legitimate security company. They treat their employees really well by providing lots of training, support, and above average industry pay.

ConsNone, my experience was all pretty positive.

Advice to Senior ManagementHiring quality officers it primary. Staying non-union is best, since the way your operate your company is better than how I was treated by members from a union trying to force you into union.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Security Officer (Former Employee) Bloomington, MN

Prosgood people to work with ( employees and some management ) , the parent company has been around for a long time .

ConsHannon gives u more part time hours then full time , and it seemed as if they were losing accounts left and right .

Advice to Senior Managementmake sure when u send a guard / officer that the job is a go - went to many a job site and they not even know i was coming to work there .

    Good employees, very poor management

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Bloomington, MN

ProsInitial training process is great for new employees. The camaraderie within accounts was great. Some accounts and clients are fantastic to work for. Your mileage may vary.

ConsClients are the driving force for your work environment. The lack of support from the office staff at the Bloomington office was shocking; even worse for field supervisors or managers. Office staff fails to communicate expectations to field management and staff.

Advice to Senior ManagementSpend more time engaging your officers, less time assuming you understand the account and the difficulties. Many good employees have walked out the door due to the incompetencies of senior management. Just because you wear suit and polish your head doesn't mean anyone cares what you have to say if you don't take the time to actually listen.

ProsGood wage for the industry. Good clients.

ConsSr. management a little behind in technology and not in touch enough with those in the field.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet out and about more.
