    Pros

Open Culture, flexibility in work, direct communication with senior managers as there is no hierarchy. If your manager is good and your team is nice than its a heaven else ready to get loads of work without little learning, Company deals with various brands and if you're lucky you can get exposure to many of them. Exposure to various technologies.

    Cons

Resource crunching hence a single person does work of 3 people, Low salary issues, difficult to maintain work life balance, not much importance given to low level employees who actually work, random incremements

    Advice to Management

    1. Have a proper uniform structure for salary based on education & experience. 2 people with exact same backgrounds get a totally different salary with a huge difference.
    2. Kindly keep some resources as backup.

    Pros

a growing environment, which is constantly evolving, giving out opportunity to people to test their skills and competencies, grow with the organisation and clients, work on live projects, high level of visibility across board, great exposure for internal and external stakeholder management. As a whole, a superb learning environment. Challenge yourself to the maximum level, test your skills, gather the maximum learning from not only the industry leaders but a high power peer environment, get enough opportunity and recognition. No restriction to innovate. Best learning phase !

    Cons

the pain of growing are teething issues to deal with. They become many at times, at times too little to deal with. Takes a lot of energy but I would say, gives a great sense of accomplishment at the end of the day.

    Advice to Management

some more regular learning sessions with the employees

    Pros

Just that the founders have a good experience in the industry and you can get some good inputs while you occasionally get time to interact with them.

    Cons

So if you have landed here means you are serious about the job that you are planning to take up else you would have already ended up at Hansa Cequity.

Let us start with talking some numbers & details:
Attrition (employees leaving) 5 to 6 months
Salary increments: Mostly happens 0% - 2% (most of the guys get this)

Now coz you are shocked with the attrition rate keep reading. Such a high attrition rate means that by the time you complete your probation period (yes there is) more than 60% of the company would have left. Now what happens when people leave, they are not replaced in 70% cases. Additional work is passed on to who stay back. In an event a resource is replaced for e.g. a 4-5 years experience is then replaced with a fresher. Yes read again fresher. So now if you are thinking of joining at an executive level then you are expected to do work of 2-3 people alone (you know what you are being paid) and if you are joining at a manager level then you would not be having a team who can turn things around coz they are freshers just starting to learn (if there is any learning)

Now to start with. If you are being told this is an analytics company it is NOT. They call themselves as a CRM which to the employees and others it seems to be bit confusing. They do anything and everything that can get them 'money'. Yes you heard it right, all they are after is the money. They are not interested in what kind of services they provide, what quality work they do, what kind of work they do. Tomorrow if selling tea was allowed they would start selling tea as well in the name of CRM.

Their work ranges from running call centre, creating websites, in the name of digital marketing (JUST do posts on FB & Twitter), they also distribute stationery, they provide painting services, some bit of analytics.

If you are offered a designation which sounds very rosy to you, you are mistaken. All you will be doing an analyst level job, filling up random excel sheets, some data entry in useless softwares etc.

The clients are leaving them, they are not getting new clients,...it is so much trouble that the company expects each employee to figure out how they can increase the business (like seriously). The senior management is totally clueless of what happens on the ground except a few. If you reach out to a senior management be rest assured they wont be providing you a solution but you will be labelled as inefficient. The senior management is just there to keep passing the baton to someone else.

Extreme politics in the company. If you are good at playing politics and NOT doing any work then you can easily sail through. The senior management expects only that, you to just do "Yes Boss"... so even if you dont do any work you will keep getting rewards and promotions.

Clients keep complaining about deliverables not happening, not good quality work, results not being achieved and Cequity does nothing just nothing coz their focus is just money.

If you are planning to learn something here this is not the place. If you are looking for growth this is not the place. If you are thinking this is gonna give a boost to your career you are wrong.

    Advice to Management

Get real guys, your are running a company not a shop selling vegetables.
