    Pros

Hansgrohe is hands down the best company I have worked for. This company has a true caring for the employees and does everything they can do to show appreciation. Benefits are another thing that solidifies Hansgrohe as a great place for employment, with the wonderful insurance and affordable cost they definitely rate high above most other related companys.

    Cons

Wages are not at the level that allot of people would find accommodating for the type of work they do, but the other benefits and incentives somewhat balance out the lower pay.

    Advice to Management

Increase in wages in comparison to higher cost of living. More interaction and communication with all levels of employees.

    Pros

As long as the individual is overall well-rounded at what they do here, then they are able to grow with the company. The upper management knows what they are doing, not by just talking and really acting upon their statements made to their employees. Never sugarcoats anything and very direct.

    Cons

Slow movement at times and doesn't get to see the end results. Very stabilized and stays that way, unless take some action to step-up to an opportunity within the company.

People People People the people that work here are more like family than co-workers. The working atmosphere is wonderful and "most" days I am happy to come to work. That makes it very enjoyable.

    Cons

Salary could be better and a cost of living increase as well as a merit raise would be benificial.

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee in Alpharetta, GA

    I worked at Hansgrohe

    Pros

Clean facilities, beautiful products and employee discounts
Medical, eye, dental, life insurance benefits
The Americans and Bosnian people are very sweet in all areas
    SAP computer system
    Short and easy commute
Opportunities for growth if work hard or by (luck) default sometimes.

    Cons

The overpaid ex-pat Germans. Some are friends of the Grohe family and have untouchable mentality. Favoritism with some employees while fire others easily.
Upper management does not have college degrees. Yet, they require other employees to hold college degrees for career advancements within the organization.
They laid off a lot of good employees that did a lot of work, then re-hire to fill positions within months.
Good old boys club mentality. Some of the bosses were not easy to talk to.

    Advice to Management

Promote from within, people want to grow. Don't take benefits away one by one. Stop sending uneducated ex-pats to the USA.
