    I worked at Hardee's

    Pros

Fun working environment, fast paced. The day goes by quickly. There is a good work-life balance as most shifts are only 5 or so hours.

    Cons

It's fast food. Accidents can and will happen. Also, you will leave every day smelling like grease.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't stay inside your office all day long. Helping your subordinates will not only help get work done, but it will greatly boost morale.

I have been working at Hardee's

    Pros

Co-workers are pretty reliable, and the Hardee's team is a great team. Some of the customers are pretty nice to work for; they leave tips, which was a first for me when it came to fast food. The food outs amazing! It's a heart attack waiting to happen, but out is really good.

    Cons

Management could use some work. And at my particular store we are always short handed so things do not run as smoothly as they should. And you have to pay for your meals, you get 50% off but it sucks that you still have to pay for it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please hire more people. It would help make things run more smoothly ,because trying to make it work thing just 20 employees in total is not working.

    I worked at Hardee's

    Pros

I helped income to support my family because I was laid-off.

    Cons

The only challenge was not getting enough hour per week to successfully support my family or keep my van payments up-to-date.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please give your hard working, dependable employees at least 15-20 hour per week to help them support their household correctly.
