I worked there for one day and I will never go back.

Cashier (Former Employee) Highland Springs, VA

ProsYou will gain experience with working in a fast food environment and realize the hardships the employees have to face.

ConsMy first day of training was a very hectic. The manager who hired me was not there and left me with her assistant manager and employees. This was my very first job, so I expected to be trained throughly in how to function a cashier before being put into the fornt end. Wrong! I screwed up every ones order and had not a clue as to what was going on because the employees did not care to help me that much. As soon as my shift was over I realized this job was not for me and quit.

Advice to Senior ManagementMake sure to not set someone who's training for their first job shift up on a busy day and make sure the employees cooperate to train this person well enough to do their job.

I work the night shift with 1 good friend/supervisor. only 1 or 2 other ok employees there.

    Cook (Current Employee) Brainerd, MN

Prosfood. getting rushes are fun and pass time. most of it is pretty simple work.

Consneed to weed out bad employees. recognize better employees. poor pay. I've worked there 7 months minimum wage and never get a raise. they hire this other slow worker and he gets 8 bucks an hour..

Advice to Senior ManagementI don't care if you are my boss. If we are deep in a rush, 15 minutes late on 4 orders and the screen is still full, put down the clip board, stop taking inventory and COME HELP!!

ProsWorking with customers and resolving issues is a great feeling.

ConsManagement needs to listen to standout employees when there are threats made by low life employees. This needs to be taken seriously and weed out the bad employees which will make situations better for everyone involved. Customers can see this as well, which will affect business.

Advice to Senior ManagementScreen employees. Listen to key employees.

    Its a Job

    Crew (Current Employee)

Proswell its fast food. very fast paced which makes the day go by alot faster. Alot of hours also. Great people to work with.

ConsBenifits suck! no free meal. you get 50 percent off an hour before and after you work. 20 percent the rest of the time. also your break is unpaid which is awful because even if you only have a 5 hour shift you HAVE to take a break.

Advice to Senior Managementthe DM's need to get to know the crew. also redo the beifits. every other fast food joint gives a free meal

work hard and long and get compensated fairly

    District Manager (Current Employee)

Prosevery day is different and challenging

Conslong hours-work 6 to 7 days every week-your time off is not always quality due to situations that interupt your time that could have been prevented by proactive measures of subordinates

Advice to Senior Managementtwo days off per week would yield higher productiviy and boosted morale-plan better and more in advance instead of being so reactive-insure more timely communication based on real life situations-have others look at projects or assignments and how they relate to operations or other current procedures to enure compatibility to current company direction
