    loved that it was only as needed with the theatre shows; allowed time to focus on classes and still have occasional income

    there really weren't any - it was my perfect job while I was in school

    Good, safe Christian environment, leadership, university values

    Little opportunities for advancement, can be very contrastive environment, small campus compared to public universities

    Flexible hours On campus- no commute positive atmostphere

    Pay grade No room for promotions i.e. increased payment

    Put extra effort into letting student workers know how valued they are to you.

    Base pay is low Not much room for raises or promotion Job not technically guaranteed every year

    Students work hard, also. Allow for raises, especially for students who are working to make ends meet.
