Amazing Benefits package. Medical, Dental, Vision.

Pay is low and increases very slowly despite exemplary performance.

Great pay and benefits. Company encourages new ideas and process improvements from employees. Opportunities to advance throughout the company. Management is competent.

The industry is shifting from producing checks to more service oriented jobs. In recent years, production plants have closed down or consolidated their operations.
Advice to Senior Management
Never forget about your employees. Keep thinking of new ways to innovate and benchmark. Keep the small company attitude while the company is expanding.
