    Pros

Good place to work. They take care of employees. You will be expected to put out real effort, but will be taken care of.

    Cons

Some weekend work is expected, but they usually bring in breakfast or lunch.

    Advice to Management

I rarely saw senior management, they pretty much kept to themselves.

    Pros

A 1 1/2 years ago, the pay was okay when you was first hired. If you are a self-motivating person, you can learn new things. The company have good benefits and days off.

    Cons

Now the company work too many hours which leaves to a large turnover rate. Now they live through the Temp service which leave you to train 3 or 4 temps. this is okay if that stay. The raises have stop and management needs to be more supporting. if so, maybe the workers wouldn't look as thought they just need a check.

    Advice to Management

Communicate and be more understand the workers. with all the long hours, kind words and listening and go a long way.

    Pros

Loyal to their employees....but to a fault
    Good benefits.
A movement towards differentiating from the check
Young and hungry employees coming on board

    Cons

sales force is way too old. Too much leeway is given to AE's who have put in a lot of time.
New solutions are too mail centric. Direct Mail is going the way of the check and too much is invested there.
Investing in the wrong business, ClickSwitch>LoanEngine
You need to et rid of the check managers. Too much arrogance, they live in the past

    Advice to Management

Start a creativity program. Encourage employees to come up with their own solutions rather than going out and acquiring a flavor of the week. Stop focusing on direct mail "data driven" solutions. You need a younger management team that involves millenials....especially as your boomer aged salesforce has become irrelevant or they do not fully comprehend solutions. Enough with the arrogance of the check, it's 2015 not 1988.
