I worked at Harlem Hospital Center full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Paid Vacation
    Sick days
Benefits - the health insurance is very good

    Cons

-Too much work for little pay
-Unethical - treatment for some patients was borderline malpractice
-Unprofessional co-workers - some of the rudest, disrespectful, ignorant people I've ever encountered
-Some "senior management" are not even qualified (education wise) for their position
-Incompetent staff - a significant portion of staff don't have a clue how to do their job correctly; the only people who stay at Harlem are the ones who can't get a job anywhere else

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To keep good workers, treat them with respect

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
