ProsHarmans is a great company, where with hard work anyone can make over six figures. You have the oppurtunity to succeed, and only thing that may stop you is yourself and maybe your personal life.

ConsNot enough time off. You get paid well for a reason, and that is because you are expected to work your butt off.

Advice to Senior ManagementDo a much better job training. It may be time for the company to move its managers away from working 60 plus hour weeks. It may have worked 40 years ago, but the times have changed. Less compensation, but having a more balanced life may actually reduce retention of management staff.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
