Former Employee - Anonymous Employee in Houston, TX

    Pros

Stable job, not that many layoffs and when someone gets fired, it takes a while to go thru that process.

    Cons

Some of the people that have been working for there are really lazy. They will take really long breaks and avoid to do any work during the whole day while trying to appear busy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more conscious who are you hiring. Sometimes affirmative action is not the best route if you keep hiring lazy people.
