Good place for international students. Offers a good internship program and H1B-Visa sponsorship.
Excellent work-life balance.
A lot of vacation time.
Excellent Co-Workers and friendly managers.
Ability to work remotely.
Good retirement plan and match.Cons
pay is average.
health care plan is good but costly.
A few exciting development projects when first joining but then work becomes mostly maintenance and bug fixing.
Moving up the ladder is slow, but possible.
Be prepared to train your replacement for several months. Upper Management likes to out source your job once they see that your work is complete.
