Pros
-Experience in the Produce industry. You'll learn what kind of produce is out there, what it taste like, the nutritious value, its season, when they are ripe and WHAT they taste like!
-Little supervision
-Work is simpleCons
-With so much merchandise to stock with so little employees, there is always something to do. If you really care about the job and the company as a whole and the overall appearance of the department, you may feel rushed and that there's not enough time to complete everything. Because of this, its all about priority.
Advice to Senior Management
More employees will reduce waste.
