    Pros

The hours are very flexible, great for a student. I can select which hours I wish to work, and the managers are very friendly and willing to work with you. Furthermore, it is a good way to gain some valuable experience that can be applied to a professional job in the future.

    Cons

The pay is not too great, but then again it is not a full-time job, and many other jobs with similar flexibility pay even less. Also, sometimes it may seem hard to balance work and academics.

    Pros

I get exposure to all aspects of running a company while in college. Since the businesses are established, you can dive deep into the management and not have to worry about starting it. The people at HSA are one of it's main attractions, I have made some of my best friends and genuinely look forward to coming into work.

    Cons

It is a lot of hours during the school year, but worth it. This will definitely be your main extracurricular activity.

    Pros

Getting management experience in college is pretty hard to come by, so management jobs at HSA can be a great opportunity. Learn valuable skills and face real world business challenges

    Cons

Office culture was stiff, but improvements are trying to be made in this area. Very challenging to manage your time between HSA work and schoolwork.

    Advice to Management

Make summers at HSA a more enjoyable work experience.

    Pros

Reasonable salary, free reign on an agency, meet lots of ambitious and talented students, summer plans solidified early on in the year.

    Cons

Poor communication sometimes, long hours during the week, balancing school work and HSA work can be tough, working with strong-minded people can be difficult.

    Advice to Management

Bring out the best of HSA culture!

    Pros

Great place to work with solid management community, compensation and mentorship. Also provides great opportunity for professional development and networking.

    Cons

Sometimes the hard-working culture makes work life balance ridicule. Specifically, it is difficult to balance school and management responsibilities. Also must learn to manage friendship and work relationships professionally.

    Pros

The people you meet are incredible. The opportunities for innovation and entrepreneurship are outstanding. Everyone wants to help and is more than willing to meet and talk with you. And, best of all, it is a vibrant and fun work environment where everyone more or less loves the work they are doing.

    Cons

The pay is not the best, but it is only a part-time job. Sometimes, you will have to work a ton in a given week and earn way more than you are paid whereas other weeks it may be slow and you may not work as much. Overall, it balances out though.

    Advice to Management

A bit more recognition for a job well done. The status quo is hard work at HSA, but it helps when you are told that the work you are doing is appreciated.
