    Pros

401k match, decent benefits. Some decent co-workers (the ones that are not back-stabbing you)

    Cons

Backstabbing. Ignorant management hires mostly those that will toe the line no questions asked. Management does not tolerate constructive criticism/suggestions, relying heavily on outside metrics and surveys while ignoring real-time on-going problems. Basically creating and living in their "own reality" bubble - can stare at a slew of obviously disappointed patients and keep telling themselves and others that , according to surveys, ALL patients are happy. Promotions and raises are dependent (largely) on how well and often one kisses management's behind aka being a team player.Did I mention TOP-HEAVY management that trusts all those endless metrics only ?

    Advice to Management

Rank and file should be able to have a voice in decision making WITHOUT being afraid of retaliation and hostility from the top. Treat your employes at least as well as you claim we treat the patients. Get oof the cloud.

    Pros

besides making a few new friends, there is nothing positive i can say about this company as a whole

    Cons

The management is horrible, they are back stabbing and two-faced. They go against company policy and do not empathize for thier employees. The HR Dept is a complete joke, they take weeks to process any FMLA or medical leave that you may need and 99.9% mess up your pay in the meantime and do not practice confidentiality. The company does not take into consideration when there are weather or traffic conditions beyond your control and look for any reason to give you an occurrence if you are late or call out. Dr notes are not acceptable excuses for sick time. They preach service excellence for patients, but treat staff as if they're trash and worthless.

    Advice to Management

learn how to treat your employees that go above and beyond for the company better.

    Pros

Some nice co workers, good hours, fair pay.

    Cons

Absolute jerk supervisors they belittle you in front of patients and when it comes time to hear your side (the truth) it simply doesn't happen. Back stabbing and bad mouthing galore. Loved my job at first till they promoted a mean girl who thought she was something and rubbed it in our faces if she didn't like you watch out.

    Advice to Management

    Grow up.

    Cons

Upper management is horrendous site administrator is a liar and will say anything to anyone to make them feel worthless. well unless he likes you. then you can do no wrong. some rules are enforced for some people and other rules not enforced for the favorites. a very childish atmosphere.
