I worked at Harvest Operations Corp. full-time for more than a year
Pros – Compensation is competitive. Work life balance is a plus.
Cons – No open door policy, with a my way or the highway mentality.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue to purge the old management, and keep changing the direction of the company.

“My experience at Harvest was filled with ups and downs”
I have been working at Harvest Operations Corp.
Pros – - Relaxed work environment.
- Top notch work live balance
- Willing to experiment with new tech
- Great co workers
- lost of social activities to attend throughout the year
Cons – - Little to no feed back from management
- Management structure is very clumsy
- seems to be a very reactive instead of proactive company
- Very little room to grow for a young employee... probably great for someone near the end of a career.
Advice to Senior Management – Communicate more with employees. Give feed back regularly especially to younger staff.
