Pros – Professional environment, willings to excell and lead in their field, care for employees, fair compensation and opportunities for advancement.
Cons – Mid-sized company, ithout the full breadth of resources of multinational corporations, does not offer oportunities outside of the Eastern Seabord.
Advice to Senior Management – Increase trainning initiatives, as the product line is becoming very diversified, expand retirement benfit package, increase marketing expending in new regions.
