I have been working at HasOffers full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Extremely sharp and motivated co-workers, transparency from senior management is well above average, fast moving with industry leading products. There are three private chefs who work on-site and cook breakfast lunch and dinner. 4 weeks of PTO, free Sounder's suite and a plethora of fun company activities.

    Cons

A few minor growing pains that should get better with time: No 401K match (although that's less common these days); employee medical benefits are free, but dependent coverage is expensive.

I have been working at HasOffers full-time

    Pros

    - Small size means each employee is important
    - Competitive salary
    - Great growth potential
    - Casual culture
    - In house chef makes 2-3 meals a day
    - Lot of free snacks, drinks
    - Commuter benefits
    - 20 PTO days/year

    Cons

    - Still relatively new, and thus flat organization.
    - Growing so fast there's some growing pains.
    - Benefits (401k, insurance, etc) are below industry average.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You're already awesome! Just realize that as HasOffers continues to grow, more bureaucracy will and must seep in. Finding the right balance to preserve the culture while strengthening goals and focus is essential.
