I have been working at Hays plc full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The opportunity to move globally after working for the company for 2 years - movement - progression into other roles. I like the company.

    Cons

salary is not at a level I would expect given the nature of the work - the commission could be higher. The working hours are too long.

    Recommends

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Supportive environment to both work and learn, chances to move around globally, progression if you put yourself out there

    Cons

Salary is low, secrets sometimes kept from employees (but this will be for all large corps)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Improve communication (not from management but the culture in the workplace)
