I worked at Hays plc full-time

    Pros

Great people, good support from management, brilliant training program, good bonus structure, good incentives.

    Cons

Low basic salaries, too much emphasis on KPIs rather than outputs. Generally high staff turnover especially when competing with London agencies.

    Advice to Management

Focus on outputs and spend more time listening to the real issues in the office rather than brushing it under the carpet.
