Great Benefits Otherwise No So Great

Manager (Current Employee) North Abilene, TX

ProsBenefits - Insurance, paid time off for management , fitness program, and annual bonus.

ConsReviews are a joke and never match job duties or performance. Managers do not know or understand work, assignments or systems used by their staff. Little or no communication or training before changes are implemented.

Advice to Senior ManagementApply the companies code and policies for real. Treat staff with respect and award those that do their jobs instead of the ones who make the most noise .

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Chicago, IL

ProsThe pay was relatively good and they have nice offices. There are some pockets of good management.

ConsVery political, good ole boy type culture with horrible IT. Great about talking the talk but seldom walk the walk. The way to succeed in this company is to network, do only what you're told, assimilate and ALWAYS schmooze. It is all about who you know. They truly don't care about their employees.

Advice to Senior ManagementLearn to value your employees, not play the game and follow through on your words especially as your world is changing.
