“Dynamic, growing company with plenty of opportunity”
I have been working at Health Care REIT full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – It is a fast-paced environment with good people that will challenge you. The senior housing and healthcare sectors have favorable demographics for the next 20 - 30 years and the industry is consolidating. Both factors contribute to a quickly growing company with many opportunities.
Cons – Is is a fact-paced environment with good people that will challenge you.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the great work.

“Excellent company with great upside”
I worked at Health Care REIT
Pros – It has a professional atmosphere with emphasis on results, but is also laid back enough to enjoy. The new building is amazing, and its fun to work in such an environment. The company itself is resting on very sound economics.
Cons – Toledo itself is not the greatest city in the world. If you are not from Toledo it can be hard to get used to.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue doing a great job.
