I have been working at Health Network Laboratories

    Pros

It's a stable job, with decent pay and great benefits. There is a company match for the 401k, and you are given a good amount of paid time off.

There is a lot of monotony with the job. There isn't much room for advancement. Most jobs are entry level.

Better training for areas where there isn't a lot of turnover. Some areas could be overhauled to make for more efficient work done.
