Pros – I love my coworkers and the building. HRA has multiple buildings in the area, and that helps when one building is low or busy as people in nearby buildings can offer help.
Cons – It is very busy. The productivity rate is pretty high and sometimes I do not have enough time to finish my paperwork.
Advice to Senior Management – Less minutes for treating and more time for paperwork.
Pros – None I can think of.
Cons – Upper management has anger management issues.
Little room for advancement.

Pros – -Competitive salary and benefits package.
-Management tries their best to satisfy employees.
Cons – -High productivity requirements.
-Not enough time to finish all paperwork.
-More resources/materials would be nice for my particular facility.
Advice to Senior Management – Non therapy management can be better at gaining knowledge related to supervision/expectations of COTAs and PTAs from OTRs and RPTs in order to better answer questions,settle conflicts in more a timely manner, and educate staff better about their specific roles as needed.
