    HRA

    Occupational Therapist (Current Employee)
    Hartford, CT

ProsI love my coworkers and the building. HRA has multiple buildings in the area, and that helps when one building is low or busy as people in nearby buildings can offer help.

ConsIt is very busy. The productivity rate is pretty high and sometimes I do not have enough time to finish my paperwork.

Advice to Senior ManagementLess minutes for treating and more time for paperwork.

-Management tries their best to satisfy employees.

-More resources/materials would be nice for my particular facility.

Advice to Senior ManagementNon therapy management can be better at gaining knowledge related to supervision/expectations of COTAs and PTAs from OTRs and RPTs in order to better answer questions, settle conflicts in more a timely manner, and educate staff better about their specific roles as needed.
