Former Employee - Senior Test Engineer in Bangalore (India)

I worked at HealthAsyst full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    1) Good Compensation
    2) Small Teams (can gain more knowledge)
    3) Flexible Timings (depends on manager too)

    Cons

    Plenty.. Here are few
    1) Worst Human Resource Team ( Fit for Nothing though so called 3 HRs in the company )
    2) Interview Selection Criteria especially for QA's
        a) Should be having "Telugu" language highlighted on your Resume
        b) Contract Position to Permanent only if you are from Andhra (no matter you have skills or not)
        c) Need not be Technical Sound. Just talk in Telugu all the time (Never support Telangana or else you are gone).
       d) Politics can be heard more rather than Process.
    3) Micro Management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change the Interview Process and Change the People who take Interview.
Axe the HR Team and bring in new faces who could contribute more.
Give Permanent Positions based on Talent instead of giving based on Locality/Language.

I worked at HealthAsyst as a contractor (more than an year)

    Pros

    - Salary
    -
    -
    -
    -

    Cons

    - strict enforcement of swipe in/out time
    - less cultural/sport activities
    - contract employees are always promised to be made permanent soon, but that never happens
    - no matter how much you work, how many extra hours you put in, it is always LESS
    - always work with the fear that someone is watching your monitor
    - too much of time spending in the cafeteria/sports, might land you in a one-on-one meeting with the manager
    - change in designation/promotion does not actually mean that your job profile changes. It is just a deception to keep the employee happy
    - unhealthy or dirty workplace (Palace Road office).
    - no soft skills / technical training
    - freshers are always encouraged and older employees can be shown the door anytime
    - freshers have a bond for 2 years

I worked at HealthAsyst full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

I worked for the company for three and a half year. There are lot of learning opportunities if one strives for.. very friendly atmosphere in terms of colleagues..descent pay in terms of market standards

    Cons

No long term vision for the growth of employee or for the company..many of mid level managers, tech lead, team leads do not play any responsible role and are of little use.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please value your employees, provide better flexibility and facilities.. daily time constraints and bad policies will not help the company in the long run.
