Pros – Some very friendly and kind people
Good Work/life balance
Good allowance for paid time off/Holidays
Helpful Human Resources
Some fun quirks and team building

Cons – Management does not recognize employee strengths and weaknesses as well as it should
Very political and standing with company is at least partially popularity based
Poor compensation for amount of work
Little oversight when it is needed and too much when it is not needed
Work often unappreciated

Advice to Senior Management – Learn how to manage people better and not just projects! Could allocate employee skills to better suit roles. There are too many Chiefs and not enough Indians, especially in Client Services. Need to better define employee roles and responsibilities, better training and protocols needed.

Pros – The people -- truly the greatest people who have the most fun together.
The humor -- the place was a sheer soap opera most days.
Autonomy - This place lacks direction so it's up for grabs and you had the ability to work very independently.
The ability to make an impact.

Cons – Tons of work, small pay.
Surrounded by uneducated people that couldn't hold the same job in a bigger company.
Lack of strategy and direction. Every week it's something new.
Operates on a popularity contest and promotions follow suit.
Chasing business to survive.
Very political.

Advice to Senior Management – Blow it up and start over!
