    Great people, pleasant working environment. Everyone is supportive and lends a hand when necessary.

    Cons

    Small company - you are often juggling multiple assignments on tight deadlines. But benefits outweigh the cons.

    THERE IS NO PRO'S Run from this PLACE!!!!!

    Unprofessional Terrible Management Poor Office and Business structure Fair warning! this is one of those companies where the grass is not greener on the other side. The management there are people who came from 2 companies Cymetrix in Lewisville and Christus in Irving they have only been there 9 months some less, they no clue on how to run a business. No one there is truly happy with their job, I wish I would have never accepted the offer! the reason for their short comings is because they all friends and they came from the same company if they do not like you, you will not be liked by any of them EVER so just be smart and look else where because your everyday will become your worst nightmare Ive never talked bad about a company until now! They are so worried about what you have on and you personal life that thy forget to focus on the important things like WORK! office drama this place is beyond office drama Im warning you do not consider this place! RUN!!!

    Advice to Management

    This is to the CEO, don't you think that there is a issue if your turnover RATE is 85% the COMPANY isn't even big enough for that type of turnover....Look at your management please!

    I worked at HealthTech full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    You will gain experience on a variety of software systems. You will meet some good caring people and share knowledge that will benefit your career elsewhere.

    Cons

    I doubt the CEO is aware that management is telling the clients about the 85% turnover rate. Twice HR escorted employees past my desk with their belongings during business hours. If the CEO doesn't think this affects production he is out of touch. No exit review after I gave notice; the Director, supervisor and HR never spoke to me on my last day, not even asking for my 'security badge'. Truly a miserable work environment.

    Advice to Management

    To the CEO...pay employees fairly. Treat them respectfully. Change the white collar sweatshop mentality.

    Pros

    Clean office, good benefit package

    Cons

    Constant changes in upper leadership and restructuring of the company. These changes lead to new/shifted management coming into projects that they don't understand. Inconsistent feedback. Employees are fired without warning. "It's a sad day" is a common phrase as people are let go due to restructuring. It's not uncommon to come to work and see the person next to you now has their desk cleared- without warning or reason. Upper management doesn't take time to recognize the talent within the company. The majority of employees are extremely unhappy in their roles.

    Advice to Management

    Don't talk down to your employees. Listen to their suggestions. Learn about the products you are developing. Start acting like leaders instead of dictators. Realize that the people working there are people and they shouldn't have to be in fear of losing their job every day.

    Quality field sales organization at time Bright development team Nice and committed employees outside of management

    Cons

    Inexperienced, and often mean spirited senior management team Lack of understanding of sales process by management Unrealistic expectations due to lack of experience Poor sales leadership without true support for sales team Difficult to be recognized for success and realize compensation Strategy lacked consistency and changed too frequently No consistency with regard to communication of information Great deal of secrecy by management team regarding direction and account activity within the territories

    Advice to Management

    Take some time to define your objectives Remain consistent in the company's direction Improve your product offerings so that you have a better mix for account base Pay your salespeople in a timely fashion Become more sales centric and treat salespeople and others with respect Allow salespeople to own territories without senior and sales management purging opportunities behind closed doors Improve overall training of salespeople Set realistic and attainable goals

    Pros

    The inside group were great to work with. The benefits package was just as good as a bigger company.

    Cons

    Upper management has no idea what the word expectations mean when it comes down to knowing what a marketplace can do. Everyone runs around in fear of loosing their job. The worker bees are treated like dirt most of the time. It was even said the "It is easy to get a job here but very hard to keep". Be very careful of many promises that never come true. A very junior company with no leadership.

    Advice to Management

    Upper management should do the right thing and resign and give control to someone that knows how to run a company... run it.

    Pros

    Great corporate support strong IT/Revenue Cycle services Friendly atmosphere easy to get senior management attention when needed very good people in support of hospitals

    Cons

    most of the supported facilities are very small benefits for consultants and interim staff should be more comparable to similar companies
