    Pros

You will build lots of experience and, if you're lucky, work with integrating new technologies that you haven't seen before. It will look good on your resume for your next job.

    Cons

Your contributions don't matter. You will spend months on a project only to have it thrown out because management didn't really look into it. Everyone is really resistant to any type of change because "this is the way we've always done it." More like social hour than anything else. The company favors the employees who don't try. The best ones don't hang around for long.

    Advice to Management

There is a lot of potential for improvement in this software. It needs to be embraced rather than pushed away. Politics need to stop getting in the way of making a successful project.

    Pros

Good experience. Coworkers are awesome. On the job learning of new skills.

    Cons

No raises. Ever. Company will not invest in employees. Substandard pay for job. Management is the worst. They are petty, unhappy people who look to screw their direct reports at any and every available opportunity. This is pretty much a dead end job. No hope of ever moving up or career advancement.

    Advice to Management

Get a grip. Take early retirement. Go find something that makes you happy without making other's lives a living hell.

    Pros

work-life balance, good technical team, filling gaps because I have to fill 20 words

    Cons

below-average salary, no bonuses, no salary hikes, poor benefits, no trainings, upper management is busy playing petty politics, management has no idea about the direction of the company, no career advancement opportunities, does not invest in or value employees

    Advice to Management

Find true leaders and get rid of power-hungry managers, get your act together to stay in business, invest in your employees

    Pros

The people in the trenches (ie. worker bees) are a great group of people. There are regular happy hours, lunches, and Eggees parties often. You could not ask for a better group of co-workers.

    Cons

HealthTrio suffers greatly because the managment is incredibly dysfunctional and have no knowledge of leadership or management. The managers are known to disrespect handicapped workers. Managers can be verbally abusive and can only communicate via sarcasm. The biggest obstacle to workers getting their jobs done are the managers. Healthtrio does not place any value on their employees. There are no raises, nor are there performance evaluations, and the pay is very low. You cannot work remote any longer, nor can you work from home. The benefits package is seriously lacking and the health care is very expensive. They will not pay for any training and force you to take your own vacation days for any training time. Ergonomic issues are very common and yet no one is offered a monitor stand let alone a decent chair to sit in.

    Advice to Management

Step up to the plate and do your job! The cat fights at the executive level need to stop. Several managers need to be replaced with people who have experience in leading a company and creating a work environment where employees are valued.

    Pros

Some good people and a wide variety of task types to be done.

    Cons

Some managers seemed to quickly form an opinion on an employee and from that point on there was nothing they could do right.

    Advice to Management

Give people a chance to develop in the job before forming quick opinions and dooming them.

    Pros

Health Trio is innovative, progressive, associates rewarded. Sister company Monument Systems a different story

    Cons

Male/female biases. Collaboration lacking between engineering and other teams. Sr. management lacks respect of associates industry knowledge and experience between the two companies. Leaderships seem constrained by executive team. Culture is not to speak honestly speak to executives and leadership.

    Advice to Management

Conduct annual performance reviews, so associates receive feedback on the work performed, and potential for salary adjustments can be offered.

    Pros

You are pretty much free to do whatever you want. Sleep, play games and chat with your friends. No one will notice or care.

    Cons

Many aggressive employees. Constant conflict and no accountability for employees or managers.

    Advice to Management

If you hold the title of manager, then manage. If you let your employees walk all over you then you will never get them to go the extra mile. Treat your employees with some respect and maybe they will care about your success or failure. Stop the revolving door policy and maybe you might find faithfulness in your staff.

    Pros

Nice people to work with. Flexible people to work with. Enjoyed opportunities to work closely with CFO and Controller. Hardworking people.

    Cons

Offices were spread out between Arizona, Las Vegas, and Colorado. There was not much room for growth within the finance department. Company was family run.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing a great job leading the company. Nice work. Nice work. Nice work. Nice work. Nice work. Nice work.
