    constrained by leadership

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsHealth Trio is innovative, progressive, associates rewarded. Sister company Monument Systems a different story

ConsMale/female biases. Collaboration lacking between engineering and other teams. Sr. management lacks respect of associates industry knowledge and experience between the two companies. Leaderships seem constrained by executive team. Culture is not to speak honestly speak to executives and leadership.

Advice to Senior ManagementConduct annual performance reviews, so associates receive feedback on the work performed, and potential for salary adjustments can be offered.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Not a career company

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Tucson, AZ

ProsYou are pretty much free to do whatever you want. Sleep, play games and chat with your friends. No one will notice or care.

ConsMany aggressive employees. Constant conflict and no accountability for employees or managers.

Advice to Senior ManagementIf you hold the title of manager, then manage. If you let your employees walk all over you then you will never get them to go the extra mile. Treat your employees with some respect and maybe they will care about your success or failure. Stop the revolving door policy and maybe you might find faithfulness in your staff.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Good experience.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Centennial, CO

ProsNice people to work with. Flexible people to work with. Enjoyed opportunities to work closely with CFO and Controller. Hardworking people.

ConsOffices were spread out between Arizona, Las Vegas, and Colorado. There was not much room for growth within the finance department. Company was family run.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep doing a great job leading the company. Nice work. Nice work. Nice work. Nice work. Nice work. Nice work.

Excellent group in Tucson, Smart people

Senior Software Engineer (Former Employee) Tucson, AZ

ProsTalented, intelligent people on the software engineering staff. Senior management in Tucson is good, but somewhat limited by what is allowed out of headquarters. Good product that seems to fare well in the market. Good atmosphere, good colleagues.

ConsBenefits are ok for individuals and couples, but family health insurance is poor. Location on far east side is a tough commute.

Advice to Senior ManagementFix health benefit problem, manage growth effectively, continue product expansion in the booming healthcare market.

    Good work life balance

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Tucson, AZ

ProsGood work life balance. Deadlines are reasonable with little overtime required. Colleagues are great and there is a good team dynamic.

ConsSalaries are lower than average for Tucson but this is mitigated by work life balance. Too much firefighting instead of planning.

If you want a growing and profitable company where you can be lazy and do as you please, then apply here !

IT Department (Current Employee) Tucson, AZ

ProsHealthTrio has a lot of nice people in a small quiet office and you get free coffee. You may be lucky enough to get one of the many positions where you can slack off endlessly.

ConsHard work, low pay, very expensive insurance, micro-management, no salary increases.

There is little to no recognition or ability for advancement.

The high turnover rate is due to the lack of management interacion on workload and accountability.

Advice to Senior ManagementMy best advice to this management is to change thier sighted approach to thier favorite employees and manage thier entire department equally. in addition the management should be more involved in the day to day activities of the individuals and provide coaching to those who need advice managing thier workload. The management is soft when it comes to disiplinary action. They need to take a stronger stand and repremand hibitual behavior.

Steps need to be taken to make an attempt to retain good talent that happens to pass through HealthTrio so quickly. The company could be much more productive with some simple incentives and recognition. With a little more structure and some kind of employee performance management, this could be a much better company.
