    Pros

(Information Technology) Flexible work environment, strong company backed by HCA with strong growth potential for the future. Attracts good talent but does not retain it over the long haul because smart employees are left to devise their own path and eventually find something better at HCA or elsewhere.

    Cons

Leadership is young and does not develop up and coming talent to grow resulting in attrition.
A lot of trial and error without proper direction.
The value proposition of work is rarely measured resulting in impacts on moral when it results in wasted effort.
Individuals are not used for their strengths, rather where ever there is a need within the organization. Ample room to increase productivity by identifying and leveraging employee strengths.

    Advice to Management

Career path and development along with rising opportunities to support growth is vital to keeping good up and coming talent, focus on this rather than hiring externally. Talent is right in front of your eyes, develop it and use it to help the organization grow.

Create opportunities to recognize and reward employee strengths, enable smart and creative individuals by working with them to find opportunities to utilize their abilities in proper capacities rather than ignoring the issue and hiring replacements for turnover.

    Pros

Nothing, at least your check did not bounce. The Director's for the most part are great, but they "walk on egg shells every day" afraid of the next Chess move Admin will make

    Cons

New Admin Leaders are named Larry, Moe, and Curley if that gives you any indication of Leadership, welcome to Stoog land. Admin. is so unorganized, I think a group of apes from Hoogle Zoo could do a better job of managing the place. I am not kidding, they promoted a CFO to the new COO, and he knows NOTHING about being a COO.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the CEO and work your way down.

    Pros

Great culture, laid back work environment, great pay and benefits.

    Cons

Lack of leadership and communication to entry-level workers. Huge generation gap!

    Advice to Management

Become more accessible to entry level employees and let them play a more integral role in the company. Institute a more direct line of communication to all employees and break down the silos. Older employees almost seem like they are tenured, maybe its time to bring a fresher perspective into leadership roles throughout the company.
