    Great company and great people

    ProsThe culture is top-notch. The leadership is making strides in changing how "things used to be" to a more employee focused leadership team.

    ConsCurrently, there are not many avenues for promotion, but it is being addressed by leadership.

    ConsLack of leadership and communication to entry-level workers. Huge generation gap!

    Advice to Senior ManagementBecome more accessible to entry level employees and let them play a more integral role in the company. Institute a more direct line of communication to all employees and break down the silos. Older employees almost seem like they are tenured, maybe its time to bring a fresher perspective into leadership roles throughout the company.

    Great Industry but lacking in Senior Leadership

    ProsGreat pay, my colleagues are great to work with, being connected to HCA has great benefits.

    ConsSenior leaderships inability to structuralize has had many employees running for the hills.

    Advice to Senior ManagementThere is a large gap between some of the levels in the company (i.e.-analysts to managers). Please work on creating additional levels that gives internal employees better knowledge of how to be more effective in management roles before being promoted. Furthermore, a program needs to be created that doesn't employ the "hit-the-ground-running" method. Most employees are overloaded with too much information. We've lost good people because of this.

    Think twice before working here.

    ConsThis organization is lacking in leadership. Leadership is unprofessional which creates a terrible culture to work in. This organization is struggling to keep employees. Very high turnover. Leaders like to manage by intimidation.

    Advice to Senior ManagementProvide leadership training to those in leadership positions. They really have no clue how to lead.
