    Pros

None. Will give fake commitments while hiring a person that one will have great opportunities and freedom to work on something which would bring high value, instead the person would end up working on stuff which is 2 grade levels below which he was hired for.

    Cons

    - No direction or focus point where to take the products they have in house - Lousy team management - Zero work life balance, hiring person will commit that the office is 5 days working but you'll end up working 6 days, and that to over time on all the days. - No Freedom of thoughts, monopoly by senior management. - Not at all an equal opportunity employer. - Use and through mentality by the management. - Management *says explicitly* "Developers are Dispensable"

    Advice to Management

Get your focus staight in the benefit of the product/company instead of one's own benefit. Stop getting into dirty politics.

    Pros

The best thing about HealthKart is that people are quite friendly and work in a start-up fashion which benefits the employees in gelling up well and a easy way

    Cons

People are quite opinion driven here which leads to a unprofessional environment and discourages employees mostly

    Advice to Management

Micro management doesn't help in bringing out the best

    Pros

HealthKart works more or less like a startup. I can’t say about other departments but as far as technical department the culture is quite open. You will be given full ownership of whatever you are doing, flexible timings, freedom to work on different technologies. And the best part — every one is accessible, even Top managment. Anytime! Eureka moment- Its a great opportunity to expand your knowledge and actually see how worth you are. Plus, they give handsome salary as well, you just need to ask ! #Be smarter

    Cons

If you are a traditional or an average employee. You will find it the most boring place to work!
