    Pros

    Managable workload, wonderful colleagues, early Friday closures in the summer, adequate time off.

    Cons

    Little room to grow if senior managment likes you in the position you are currently in. Nepotism, family owned business.

    Allow more room for growth, consider more out of the box ideas.

    Decent pay,nice building,full time positions

    Cons

    Micromanaged , monitored and recorded . . . On calls and scrutinized for saying words that are in your everyday vocab, such as I'm sorry no problem and um!!!!!!! Magic training is for a robot.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    They need to learn how to manage better and stop embarrassing they're emoloyees.... And putting so much pressure on employees to be perfect !!!! Practice what they preach !!!!! And act more professional .

    Pros

    $16 dollars pay and early Friday's in the summer all dental is free or super discounted.

    Cons

    The organization of this company is chaotic. They do not allow you to work past your 35 hours Unless they really need it (so no overtime until you actually go over 40 hours which is rare) Dictatorship, ruthless supervisors, the people who work there for years only look out for themselves and people they like. If your disliked for whatever reason they do everything to make it impossible for you to receive your bonus at the end of the month. (Quality grading of your calls) it's a high turnover job (they fire you before your 6months) they will place you on the floor without fully being trained and then fire you when they do not need you anymore. They expect you to give your 100% but when it comes to the employees they give less than 20%.

    Management or higher authority that actually cares should take a better look at how the employees are being treated.

    Pros

    Decent pay if you need quick money.

    Cons

    Management lacks organization. They operate as a dictatorship & embarrass employees. Management talks down to employees as if they have hired children.

    Follow your own policies & be accountable for your actions. All of you should be retrained in MAGIC & be reminded your employees are your customers.

    Pay is average if you're looking for something quick.

    Cons

    Management are way too self absorbed to realize that the company lacks adequate structure and organization. My advice stop hiring just anyone only to fire them 2 mos later.

    I worked at Healthplex

    Pros

    Decent pay for a recent graduate or someone with spouse. Friendly co-workers, great benefits, incentives and nice building.

    Cons

    Monthly quality reports that your job depends on are stressful and discouraging, daily verbal abuse from members on government funded plans, the constant turn over rates and training classes coming in every week. Punishment for unwritten policies and tremendous waste of paper used on changing policies. Last but not least the rules that only apply to certain employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop walking around all day talking while those under you are reprimanded for standing up to long to stretch or go 2 minutes over their DND time. Stop wasting so much paper on "policies", make rules apply to EVERYONE, and be honest about your new government founded employee training classes each month and why employees are being punished for taking advantage of their union rights.
