Pros – Good money, fairly earned. You work hard for it. New equipment and nice facility. Free beer to some people. Some fine people to work with, mostly the older ones.

Cons – Do one thing wrong and you're gone. No loyalty to employees NO matter how long you are there. Management is right and worker bees are replacable. Makes no differance how long you are there. Make them money or work somewhere else.

Advice to Senior Management – You've made millions, start treating employees like employees not replacement parts that you can throw out like the garbage. Go back to the start up days, where employees were family

Pros – There are a great deal of talented, intelligent and hard working people that work at this company. Most of the people that last are ones that I am proud to know and work with. They are always there to lend a hand and share the load. You don't see too many people on management getting on the truck to help wheel product or to go into the warehouse to load, except for here. The pay and benefits package is extremely competitive.

Cons – When it is 100 degrees outside and there are still a thousand cases that need to be delivered, some folks have been known to lose heart. Definitely hard work.

Advice to Senior Management – I would recommend developing an employee's handbook so the entire company can be on the same sheet of music. I would recommend including policies on the various aspects of the business.

Pros – Decent income for area, hard work will keep you in shape, most weekends off, 401k, some health benefits, was not long ago a good company to work for and could be again someday

Cons – Poor communication from top management, unfair promotion and hiring, poor and disrespectful treatment of lower level employees, discriminatory practices, poor ethics, constant violation of transportation and employment laws, no concern for employees trying to balance work and family

Advice to Senior Management – You have many very good and skilled employees, this is your strength, contrary to current policy they are not forever expendable. Return to a company that cared about its employees instead of only padding its bottom line.
