ProsThe work we do is very senior end and thus great exposure and very interesting.
The people in the office, at the same level are very welcoming and there is a sense of community.

ConsThere are challenges in terms of career development. It is very partner-dependent as to whether you can progress.

    Great brand name, nothing else

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsAccess to the top, brand name gets you in -

ConsHorrible culture of bullies with big ego's -a snake pit, sharks and phony personalities.

Advice to Senior ManagementChange the comp system if you want the "teamwork, collaborative culture " that you say you want. Despite fancy titles, there are no real leaders- smart people eventually leave.

One word- Deteriorating, this word fits Best to H&S, KMC

    ProsGood yearly Bonus, Nothing Else!

ConsInternal Politics, Communications Gap between Management and Employees, Superiority Complex, HR is the exact opposite of what an ideal HR should be. Cab facility is getting worse from poor. For distance of 30 mins you are supposed to travel for 2 hours?? Thats you call managing the logistics??

Advice to Senior ManagementStop relying only on the Managers for each and every suggestion or ideas, give growth opportunities to the one who deserve not the one who licks better.

H&S as an associate in APAC

    Associate (Former Employee)

Prosprofessional firm, opportunities to develop business acumen. There is a strong element of consulting.

Conslearning is partner dependent, if you get a good partner, you will get better learning, thus development opportunities are not equal across the org

    schockingly bad

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

Prosit used to have a brand name

Conspartners are driven by their own personal wealth - not driven by the companies success. They are managing in a corrupt way and work together only to keep talent out of the business (not to attract it), their view seems to be if there is talent in the business - that will erode their own personal wealth.

Advice to Senior Managementstop hating women and talent.
