    Great brand name, nothing else

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsAccess to the top, brand name gets you in -

ConsHorrible culture of bullies with big ego's -a snake pit, sharks and phony personalities.

Advice to Senior ManagementChange the comp system if you want the "teamwork, collaborative culture " that you say you want. Despite fancy titles, there are no real leaders- smart people eventually leave.

H&S as an associate in APAC

    Associate (Former Employee)

Prosprofessional firm, opportunities to develop business acumen. There is a strong element of consulting.

Conslearning is partner dependent, if you get a good partner, you will get better learning, thus development opportunities are not equal across the org

One word- Deteriorating, this word fits Best to H&S, KMC

Research Analyst (Current Employee) Gurgaon, Haryana (India)

    ProsGood yearly Bonus, Nothing Else!

ConsInternal Politics, Communications Gap between Management and Employees, Superiority Complex, HR is the exact opposite of what an ideal HR should be. Cab facility is getting worse from poor. For distance of 30 mins you are supposed to travel for 2 hours?? Thats you call managing the logistics??

Advice to Senior ManagementStop relying only on the Managers for each and every suggestion or ideas, give growth opportunities to the one who deserve not the one who licks better.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
