Pros
Heinz is a fantastic learning environment; strong salaries comparable to top CPG firms in larger cities. Excellent senior management team, with a solid understanding of what drives the business. Strong emphasis on cross functional integration means you get to lead - truly lead - the team.
Cons
Marketing is, as elsewhere, a political arena. Senior execs wield a great deal of clout, and you need to be careful and extremely buttoned up, regardless of your level.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep up the good work - you've done a fantastic job of turning the place around over the past 10 years, and it's refreshing to see a major firm behaving responsibly in this day and age.
