    Pros

There is always room for growth. The company recently build a new DC in Olive Branch MS. Everyone is willing to help one another. Bonus was an added plus, and the team I worked with are very supportive.

    Cons

The training process was improving right before I left, but I see great opportunities in this area for both DC in MS. I feel that the long hours are contributed to this reason.

    Advice to Management

Take time to listen and understand the process fully before making changes. Understand how the change may effect other departments before it's considered. Take time to ask question and most importantly, stay positive and be open to learn and you will do great.

    Pros

    Very nice facility. Great cafeteria.

    Cons

Office gossip and politics made me feel like I was in high school again. There was a lot of back-biting, gossip, and just overall kid stuff.

    Advice to Management

Promote more from within, and provide more training to the office staff. While I was there, I felt stifled and I didn't feel like I could grow within the company. Also, pay more competitive salaries. The job I took right after working here paid twice as much, so I felt like I was severely underpaid while here.

    Pros

New management will make it better in many ways. The old leadership did care greatly about the people.

    Cons

Working with another companies brand through licence is not easy at all.

    Pros

People: caring people, hard workers, taking care of each other. Company used to celebrate so much more with the employees at holidays, but that has fallen off.

    Cons

Need logistics leadership. Can't hire someone who says they know what they are doing, need a strategic thinker with innovation as a key part of their mindset. No strategy, just get it shipped no matter what! Learn how to manage inventory

    Advice to Management

Bring in a VP that is innovative to take on logistics. The problem is not the product, it's getting that product to the customer. Also, get back to your classic holiday parties, that's one of your biggest perks!!!

    Pros

    Bons challenges
    Bonne dynamiques
    Collègues agréables
    Salaire pas forcément très haut

    Cons

Petite structure en France, à reconsidérer si l'entreprise se développe en France.

    Pros

    (Mostly) nice people, nice building/facility

    Cons

Poor leadership, no strategy, not a lot going on in El Paso

    Advice to Management

Hire new senior level management to set the vision and strategy and then hire some mid level managers with great experience (and MBA's) to activate the strategy.

    Pros

    Good co-workers, very nice building.

    Cons

Outrageously disproportionate upper management's salaries (publicly disclosed as per SEC).
IT department (although there are a few good elements) is sadly retrogressive, dragging the company back to the 70's and overloading employees due to inefficiencies that could be easily avoided with willingness. Some influential mid-manager seem to have a very serious case of Inferiority Complex and great skills to tease good employees. Sad.

    Advice to Management

    No worthy.
