too many to list but included are low wages, antique aircraft, poor maintenance, management pressure, lack of communication and support from management.

Advice to Senior Management

ensure that staff are supported by company management, increase wages, allow a union to ensure issues are addressed and improved benefits including loss of license and pension plan.
