Pros
good professional top management
general director and owner is the one person
dynamic work for people who interested in work
Cons
unprofessional middle management
"grey" salary
awful location (there was a factory in the past)
unprofessional and without any willing to work sales managers
Advice to Senior Management
to fire (or think up how to motivate) majority of sales managers
to find out what exactly every person do becouse there are too many people that don't do any useful work..
