    I worked at Helios & Matheson North America full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    you can have a job if no one is hiring you...

    Cons

    A worst body shopping company, there is no investment in their employees, whatsoever. Consider yourself lucky if there is one get together in a year. Beware, no one knows them but they will speak high about themselves. Look at their web site, that's how good they are. Their web site speaks how serious they are about investing in themselves. Unethical business practices, do not trust their promises. This is not for those who are serious about their career. Their business is as simple as putting bodies at client and get the billing going.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Take some risks, invest in your employees. Get out of body shopping mentality and do some real stuff for your clients.

    I have been working at Helios & Matheson North America full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Nothing positive. Positive only when recruiter quit

    Cons

    No client
    Incentive not paid for less than $10 margin. No direct client. TCS only client fully working. $10 is difficult. Incentive paid after 3-4 months. Only recruiter have targets. Manager Account Manager have no targets.

    Difficult to find another job when working with Helios Matheson because of bad name in the market. 50 and more recruiter will make only 10 candidate joining in a month. No chance of incentive.

    Understand business and then do it.
