    Pros

The company has great program management, a strong brand and well-engineered product

    Cons

The home country views its American subsidiary as a cash cow. Many of internal software systems are beyond comprehension and are often redundant. These internal systems produce a small value-add for all the time and effort which must be expended on them (taking away from your customer obligations).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Respect American employees as equal to those at home, in Europe.
