    Pros

Large company with world with footprint. Different projects with multi national customers. Multi national projects and fast growing and expanding footprint.

    Cons

Medium till low salaries. High performer rates are overall in the company relatively low. No career plan development for any employees.

    Advice to Management

Stop turnover rates and improve career development for good employees. Satellite companies are not performing due to high turnover rates and low seniority of the employees.

    Pros

Good people, organizational structure, and employment outlook. Management listens to ideas and strives to improve.

    Cons

Systems and procedures inhibit growth. People are underpaid for the amount of work they do. Decisions are heavily influenced by global leadership that may not have the full picture.

    Pros

Some good people to work with, extended Christmas holiday break, can purchase extra vacation days

    Cons

Leadership leaves a bit to be desired in terms of consistency in direction, benefits just mediocre in comparison to other companies, seem to use "bait and switch" tactics to lure people in and then push them to take on other roles they are often not even qualified to perform.

    Advice to Management

Work with employees to engage and utilize their skills and be honest about their role, offer a flexible work schedule

    Pros

At first, it seems like a good place to work. After the initial adjustment, reality kicks in.

    Cons

Management is wrapped up in themselves, and favoritism runs rampant. Monetary bonuses, reimbursements, and awards are discretionary; when a manager likes someone - guess who gets the reward? Human resources is a useless department, and the director doesn't stand up to her peers when Hella employees need her to. Confidentiality throughout the building is LOW, and everyone knows everyone else's business. The workload is either too much or way too little, and management has a hard time delegating tasks. Overall, a low morale workplace. Everyone is a gossip on top of the general place being a bad place to work.

    Advice to Management

Restaff the upper level management and get rid of favoritism by discipline.

    Pros

The company has great program management, a strong brand and well-engineered product

    Cons

The home country views its American subsidiary as a cash cow. Many of internal software systems are beyond comprehension and are often redundant. These internal systems produce a small value-add for all the time and effort which must be expended on them (taking away from your customer obligations).

    Advice to Management

Respect American employees as equal to those at home, in Europe.

    Cons

It is hard to get tool support.
