    Pros

    Great management, Co-Workers are really nice. Great Trainer and training program. State of the art facility. Pay is very fair, working conditions are very clean and climate controlled. I really have only great things to say about this company and how they treat technicians.

    Cons

    It will take 7 to 10 years to get on first shift.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work! Keep treating your tech's well.

    Pros

    Company is expanding rapidly. Treat employees to lunches, gifts and bonuses. The higher up you are the better theperks

    Cons

    Growing too rapidly, things falling through cracks. Management seems to have lost sight of overall picture and is too focused on production to pay attention to quality.

    Advice to Management

    Lead by example....executive management need to come out of thier offices and interact more with regular employees

    Pros

    Strong Upper managment and long term vision. Pleasant people and surroundings Strong growth and staying on top of industry trends Employees stay for decades, Those who have left the company, come back.

    Cons

    Can fire people without notification - comes as a suprise to employee

    Advice to Management

    I am confident in the decisions and direction of upper management. It is a pleasure to work in the company

    I worked for hellermann tyton for 14 years & they fired me with out any evidence

    Cons

    mannagment fired the wrong people

    Advice to Management

    make sure u have any evidence when u fired an employee

    Pros

    Great company with tons of growth potential. Great sales and marketing team. Company is expanding. If you can land a job here outside of the operations department there is plenty of potential.

    Cons

    The operations is run under a draconian style of leadership. Nepotism runs rampant in the operations middle management. There are at least 5 managers or supevisors who are related that run the floor and run people out of the facility. They have the upper management completely fooled by terminating employees and then blaming the operations problems on the employee they just terminated, never really solving the problem.

    Advice to Management

    Review your hiring policies involving family for the future. Look at building a culture of learning and trust. Learn how to involve non-management personel in improving the company.

    Pros

    A willing bunch of people eager to explore new potential. A youngish set of product managers able to quickly understand and work with new products and techniques.

    Cons

    As a 'tanker' rather slow to change direction; maybe a bit conservative. Safe and steady. No people development.

    Advice to Management

    Develop the people; personal development plan and access to different geographical areas will improve our people. Measured risk is good in products and markets.

    Pros

    plenty of freedom to handle our responsibilities our own way, within broad guidelines. Every territory is different and leadership understands. Not a lot of burdensome reporting.

    Cons

    Lack of lateral communication - some excessive concerns regarding internal use of business information. At times this stands in the way of increasing sales and increasing effectiveness within national accounts.
