Pros – Great orientation process, opportunities for pay raise, opportunities for involvement, family friendly atmosphere

Cons – Still in transition from "going live" with a electronic medical records system.

Advice to Senior Management – Find a better system for communicating and finding policies and procedures

Cons – Poor management, favoritism , old pillars not dealt with

Pros – Great leadership, opportunity to advance and caring co-workers!

Cons – Community hospital - low wages. Some Directors lack direction. Lazy employees are rarely fired.

Advice to Senior Management – How about setting wages based on 2011 rather than 1995? Everyday the brightest and best are leaving because the rate of pay is as much as 20% below the rate across town at the "other" hospital.
