Pros – The time was flexi-time so you could take up to three days off in a month without taking it off of your annual leave so long as you built up the hours on top of your core 36 hour week.

Cons – Some people were lazy as in the public sector there is no company owner or corporate suit to keep all in line.

Advice to Senior Management – Would be better if the hard work of employees is noticed and those who sit at their desk and pretend to work all day should be spoken to

Cons – Morale is low and overall culture is too relaxed and undemanding, strong likelihood of pay freeze and reduction in other benefits

Advice to Senior Management – Focus on better training for middle management and resist the constant move towards centralised control
