Pros – Commission structure was good until they changed it. Good incentives.

Cons – A hard business to be in.

Pros – The centre hours were great. I was able to have a career and enjoy my family time. My salary was comparable and when I first started the compensation package was above average. However when the current owners took over that all changed.

Cons – Our thoughts and opinions as employees on the floor doing the work was never valued.

Advice to Senior Management – Please do not curse at your employees while in an executive meeting with them.

Pros – Upper management is very laid-back, a fun environment, I have the opportunity to the lead on projects. Very encouraging to people who deserve it.

Cons – Some people do not pull their weight, workin with people who I can't rely on.

Advice to Senior Management – Be more aware of those who don't pull their weight, respond accordingly.
