Pros
Competitive wages, flexible work hours, people are great to work with (most of them). Office location is convenient for my commute.
Cons
You have to go through a lot of steps to get a promotion, such as time at current position, and whether or not you're well liked by management. Time is very important -- you have to serve your time before you see any kind of career movement. Some people are not very professional, and you end up having to do their work just to get your work done. Some managers also should not be placed in a position when they clearly do not know how to 'manage' people.
Advice to Senior Management
Make sure the folks that you promote actually have the competency to be a manager, and not just because they've been working in that position for an x amount of time. They may not have the management skills to actually supervise and take care of their direct reports.
Pros
Some of the people I work with are very talented and fun to be around.
Cons
No work life balance - you are expected to be available at all times (evenings, weekends, HOLIDAYS!), lower pay than other companies, incompetent management team.
Advice to Senior Management
Take all your managers to a weekend bootcamp. They need to be trained on some management skills.
Pros
Good Benefits, Free herbalie products!!
Cons
Once you are at the Logistic office in Carson, Ca they ignore all your request. Management is the worst!
Advice to Senior Management
Get rid of some management ! They have to professinal skills!!

Advice to Senior Management
Leadership is strong but HR has too much say so when it comes to promotions and salary increases. Management should have more control over their departmental growth and reward.

You guys are doing a great job, i just wish the deadline for volume points was more than just one month. It would also be nice if they rolled over.
