Great place to start. Good benefits. Great people to work for.
Cons
Not a career job. No advancement. Pay doesnt equal to the amount of work.
Advice to Senior Management
Increase drivers pay for the hard work they do.

Pros
It is a good place to eat.
Cons
There is not any software expertise or understanding.
You have to watch what you say and walk on egg shells in order to not “hurt” someone’s feelings.
Advice to Senior Management
Please don’t pretend to know how to do software when you don’t.
Throwing more manpower at the problem only makes it worse.
